AppSphere implemented Microsoft 365 with Entra ID (Azure AD) for centralised identity and access management. SharePoint Online was deployed with structured libraries for Funds, Assets, and Corporate departments, ensuring compliant document handling. Company-wide email signatures were rolled out to unify communication standards. Structured onboarding and offboarding processes were created in Azure/365 for governance. Security was strengthened with HTTPS-only access, MFA, and continuous endpoint monitoring. Finally, a business continuity plan was designed to ensure resilience against outages or disruptions, embedding compliance and preparedness at the core of operations.
