Muir Antiques, a boutique antique retailer in Tetbury and online, partnered with AppSphere for nearly a decade. What began as Apple IT support evolved into a trusted digital partnership — covering everything from website rebuilds to payment systems and mobile-first workflows.
Stephen Muir initially sought Apple device support. As trust grew, it became clear their tools were outdated and restrictive — especially their website, which made uploading photos and managing listings time-consuming and inconsistent. Their systems weren’t built for how they worked — on the move, across borders.
We focused on simplifying the tech, empowering Stephen and Ines to run the business from anywhere, including frequent trips to France. Through patient support and gradual upgrades, we introduced systems that reduced friction without overwhelming them.
We rebuilt their website on Wix for ease of use and mobile responsiveness, introduced cloud-managed security and CCTV, and set up Microsoft 365 for secure email. We also supported a light rebrand, taught Ines and Stephen how to shoot and edit product photos, and connected their iPad to website, social platforms, and payment tools — putting control in their hands.
