I’m Amar Mohammed, and I founded AppSphere Consultants after more than a decade building systems for organisations like Rolls-Royce, AstraZeneca, Barclays and SMEs. The job there was always the same: make sure the operation runs without one person holding everything together.
When I started working with owner led businesses (SMEs), I saw the opposite everywhere. A construction firm tracking jobs on paper. A logistics company whose warehouse manager carried the whole operation in his head. A retailer running three systems that never spoke to each other.
